when you are sad they will do anything to make you happy
you can hold them when you are scared,angry,or sad
they sleep on your bed and save you from your bad dreams

sometimes they save you sometimes they break you like glass
but they will always make up for it
they chew up your favorite shoes and eat your gardens with a leaf in his mouth
no shoes no food left for the family
but lucky us we have hard working jobs so we have money
''its OK dog'' ''woof woof'' he says in apology

they may bark or bite or drool all over you but not intentionally
if you raise them right they are sweet,kind,and loving
but if you raise them wrong they will turn into well.....um...mean animals

they will jump into the lake after a rock
they will run back to you and get you wet
they snore in the middle of the conversation
and wake you up dreaming of chasing cars
they lay on their backs with their feet in the air
